Fritz Steiger

Visionary | Entrepreneur | Advocate

Fritz Steiger is a visionary and entrepreneur at heart. He knows the sacrifice that it takes to start something from the ground up and has started and run numerous organizations in his career, including political, educational, and for profit. He has a passion for preservation of the past, but is also a disrupter of the status quo. His focus is especially geared towards those things that impede the progress of man in pursuing their God given right of freedom.

The Steiger Company is a consulting firm delivering project management, advisory services, and fundraising strategy solutions to enable nonprofit and for-profit companies to reach their personal, business and philanthropic goals. Operating from its home base in Bentonville, Arkansas, the Steiger Company marries its fundraising and business development expertise and brings people and resources together that share a similar vision and mission and want to raise the bar of excellence for their product, service, or policy.

Prior to starting his own firm, Fritz was President & CEO of Children First America, a national educational philanthropic 501(c)3 organization supported by major donors providing support for the creation of community scholarship programs throughout the country for low-income and minority children. Prior to Children First America, Fritz was President & CEO of the Texas Public Policy Foundation that he co-founded and led in bringing new ideas based on free market principles, responsibility, and limited government to opinion leaders and policy makers.

Early in his career, Fritz held senior corporate affairs and campaign leadership roles where he created and drove execution of strategy, led and monitored political engagement activities, developed and maintained wide third-party stakeholder networks to influence operating environment. As a campaign leader, Fritz implemented a comprehensive strategic plan and successfully helped elect four candidates to the Texas Supreme Court.  Additionally, Fritz served in various political campaigns including George HW Bush for President in 1979/80 and was the Campaign Manager for the 1984 Bethune for United States Senate in Arkansas.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BS in Agricultural Economics, Fritz lives in Bentonville, Arkansas. His oldest son, Benjamin, is a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and is stationed on an assignment in Stuttgart, Germany. A second son, Jonathan, lives in Houston, Texas and is the Vice President of the Steiger Companies. His third son, Zechariah, is completing his education at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan. Sarah, his oldest daughter, lives in Bentonville, Arkansas where she is a Manager of 7Brew Coffee. His second daughter, Elizabeth, lives in San Antonio, Texas and is involved in the coffee business, as well, where she works as a Manager at Bean and Brew, a Utah based coffee company.  Peter, the youngest son, is a is a recent graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is now using his business management degree in opening 7Brew Coffee Stands for a franchisee located in Northern Alabama and East Tennessee.
